Dell Dimension running Windows 98. That's part of my childhood right there.

We had 98 Second Edition.

The year 2002 and I was 11-12 years old. My friend had installed AOE II and I would get just 30 minutes every alternate day to sit on PC to play the game (strict and disciplined parents). The excitement, the anxiety while starting up the PC that would take a good 3-4 minutes, is something I miss so much today. The B/W Paintbrush is also something I grew up using. Those days were less chaotic and least dependent on technologies. How times fly.

I used to have the same Dell Dimension XPS T500 computer system long ago.
Which also ran Windows 98 and was also capable of running Windows 2000.

Windows 98 brings unpleasant memories of the computers at school that had no games on them and there was nothing to do even if the mister gave some free time on class.

so Windows 98 was the sad system for work and assignments, while Windows XP was the fun system for games.
