Me along with my wife prepared this Biryani by following this video step by step. It was really awesome and tasty Biryani. Pure Hyderabadi restaurant's Biryani taste. However chicken pieces were not cooked properly. Might be due to the gas flame intensity that you have and we have is different. Thanks a lot Kabitaji for this awesome recipe. 🙏

Very nice recipe.
I avoid using food colours. Instead shread the beetroot and sprinkle between two rice layers and saffron water. You get nice reddish orange colour from natural ingredients.
