Electrolytes - an apple small small small plate of cereal actually nothing on 2300m swim 1.29/100m, day before however Salomon, and salad. I use salads and fruit for carbs it works well.

Anyone swimmers have any experience with UCAN? It’s a powder shake that contains a supper starch a complex carbohydrate with no sugar for a longer more consistent energy delivery.

sometime I say, will eat just fruits, but I end up eating more, can't control that. I do only like 40 minutes, but I eat more than I should after exercise.
