~ Full Front Lever
You’ve seen parts of these routine the past 3 weeks on my stories. Some got curious about it so… here you go. ;)

1 - Resistance Band Rows (2x20reps)
2 - Banded Shovels (3x30sec)
3 - External Rotation Hold (3x30sec/ea)
🎯 ꜱᴋɪʟʟ
4 - Top Set: Assisted Full Front Lever (2x4-6sec)
5 - Back Off: Straddle Half Lay FL (3x5-7sec)
🔥 ꜱᴛʀᴇɴɢᴛʜ
6 - Weighted Chin Up (4x5reps)
🛠 ᴀᴄᴄᴇꜱꜱᴏʀʏ
7 - Dumbbell Rows w/ 1sec top hold (3x8reps)
8 - Stick Shoulder Extension (3x15sec)
❄️ ᴄᴏᴏʟᴅᴏᴡɴ
9 - Shaking & Stillness (As Needed - IMO the longer the better)
