I'm from Chile and I wanted to remember my wonderful journey in Greece, so I've done it twice! The second time I got every piece out of the pan earlier, because I wanted to roll them and make Gyros. It worked pretty well and it was delicious. Thanks a lot for the recipe!

Just made it in about 20 mins super easy BUT, pretty sure I used double the flour and less water to avoid it being gooey. Probably due to different oil and or flour quality etc, yours could vary, practice makes perfect!
