If you replace a magnaflow or flowmaster with a Borla you will understand how great they are. I used to love flowmaster mufflers but the Borla is just so smooth. It really makes you realize how clapped out a flowmaster sounds.

The Borlas DEFINITELY sound classier. Smooth, deep and subtle....

The Magnaflow mufflers will grab your attention because of the raspy blat blat blat sound they make, but the Borlas sound like money.

The Borlas are not loud or obnoxious, but present and strong. With all due respect, if I didn't know that the mufflers were meant to sound the way they do, I would've taken the truck with the Magnaflows to an exhaust shop to investigate for an exhaust leak or some other problem.

They both sound good but the Magnaflow is on the raspy side when it took off. Borla for me and I love the look of that red Silverado. The sound match the look. 👍

the best mufflers I ever heard were Borla's, I will definitely be going with them now that I know they're made in TN

I will go with borla because the magnaflow was a bit raspy in my opinion

The Borlas were definitely deeper, while the Magnaflow was a bit louder at higher rpms with a cackle I'm not fond of.

The rasp is fine with the Magnaflow however imo. I like some rasp at high rpms, especially if it's a clean performance sound.

I wonder what these would sound like with a cat delete and headers. Gonna run Borla XS with X pipe, Long tubes, and cat delete.

Borla for a rich throaty sound and not as raspy (Loud) as the Magnaflows.

I run both a borla single 3in in and dual 2.5in out and two magnaflow resonators on my g37 sounds amazing

Both are too quiet for me but both sound very good either way. I like a good old super 40 flowmaster or a pair of glasspacks but thats just me

Them borla pro are too loud in my car😢 i took off the flowmaster 40 to quiet it down it did slightly but not much, it has headers not sure if that plays a major factor in sound, might switch to flowmaster 70
