I just installed the Borla Touring system on my 2014 Silverado. Great manufacturing quality. I love the growl at cold start and the strong sound in motion. Not too loud. Installed it myself in about 2 hours. Lifted the back of the truck on the trailer hitch and lowered the spare so not as to cut the original system. Do yourself a favor and buy a new flex pipe clamp and an exhaust hanger tool. You will be glad you did. I love this Borla product.

I have a 15 with borla side exit exhaust system. It is the best sounding I've ever had or heard! I love it! I've had other brands over the years none compare. Zero drone, quiet when you want it to be, loud when you want it loud

Now that I've heard the stock sound, I'm pretty embarrassed. I like the S-Type!

Oh, that's stock was so good to hear.

I just put the Atak on my 5.3 This exhaust will wake up your truck. The Atak has a mean growl and sounds amazing. You will not regret it.

The exhaust pop right after the shift sounds so good in these trucks! Too bad they don’t do that anymore

You might want to let the engine get back to idle before throwing it in gear.

I bought the Touring dual out the back setup and it’s the single best modification done to my truck. If you’re thinking about getting one, just do it.

I have a 2016 Silverado double cab, 5.3L 2wd. I think the touring exhaust system would be the best for a stock "Street pickup" Most good quality exhaust systems tend to get slightly louder over time as they form deposits and break in. The S type is a bit louder than stock with a bit of rumble within the exhaust system. This setup would be good for an engine with a cam, and or supercharger. With that you'd have a powerful growl. The ATAK system seems good for an off roader with straight piipes, headers, cat cut outs, etc. That's gonna be pretty godamned loud.

If you are considering these pass on them. I ordered the Borla ATAK in September of 2021 from my Corvette dealer. They did not arrive until a/4/22. It was so long I decided not install these and had found another product available. Borla with not having even made them yet refused to cancel the order. Grudgingly, I had them installed and low and behold it has an issue that generates a sound like you have a fan belt that is loose. So now I have to order a replacement for 3 to 5 months from now while driving what sounds like a souped up '72 Vega. The candle on top of the icing is that Borla will not pay for the require labor to remove their faulty product and install the new set. They do not have good customer service and will not support you their customer.
