Pre-made nootropic stacks mentioned in this video:

***********************************

In this video, you'll learn what I consider to be the best nootropics for 2022.

If you are new to nootropics this video may provide some ideas for you to consider trying in your nootropic stack.

And if you are an experienced neurohacker, hopefully I'll offer some ideas you may not have considered before for your stack.

I've been hacking my brain for over 15 years. So like many who have used nootropics for a while, I have some favorites that carry over from year to year. Once you find something that works you keep on using it.

But now and then you come across something new that you've not considered before. Or new circumstances in your life or health demand something new.

You'll discover a couple of new nootropics in the stack I detail in this video that are different from 2021.

One specifically aimed at dealing with COVID-19. And the other to counter the fatigue brought on by the challenges we've had to deal with.

My hope is by watching this video, you'll get some ideas on improving your own nootropic stack. And finish up 2022 as your best year ever!

I can vouch for the effectiveness of Aniracetam and l-theanine and alcar. I personally benefited from vitamin D3 also mood-wise.

This is my intro video to ur channel; THANKYOU for touching on the science behind the nutrients. I've been using herbs, minerals, amino-acids, ect (as test case studies in JAMA shows) similar to The Cancer Centers of america, except I've been using them since 1990 when my dr. discovered that my then husband had poisoned me for the 3rd time causing my guts to shut-down & I got my 1st cancer, too. I know from learning how western medicine & big pharm uses nutrient bio-chemicals from food to make synthetic medicine; im not saying western medicine is bad cause im not; however using synthetic medicine is VERY unwise & causes the long list of side-effects. The "nutrition" (that"s what I've called it now for 30yrs) is now the bases for a doctorial program out of UCSD called Functional Medicine.

Thank you for this informative video.
I was expecting to see Methylene Blue in the list. I think it’s the most potent nootropic.

So how do you take any of this if you’re on an antidepressant ❓❓❓

Hi David! Love your videos and everything you’ve done. People like you are the true expression of human potential. I have a question about aniracetam. Have you heard of any side effects from this compound? It’s the only racetam I’ve heard to avoid due to its unique excitotoxicity.

Pine bark extract is interesting.Does it modulate if it doesn't lower dopamine it can be one of the best nootropics on the paper

Please take the Braverman quiz on its official page and do a presentation about your results. I'd be interested which neurotransmitters come out too high and too low.

Great list, thank you for sharing! I'm currently taking the basics for cognitive and brain health like Bcomplex, Omega3, Lion's Maine. Rhadiola, MCT, L-Carnetine. But want start a nootropic stack that will help with focus, motivation and mood. Had amazing results with the adderal and vyvanse, but stop taking them to avoid the unwanted side effects from prolonged use. Any advice? Thank you 📝👌🙂

I don't really like cholinergics. They make me sleepy. And stuff that goes on GABA receptors. I also really hate benzo's. They make me angry. Even valerian. I do like dopaminergics and huper zine a and alcar. Also L-tyrosine but I dislike the crash. But good for short boosts when you need it most. Could that be because of ADD? Or do I just have enough choline and gaba already?

Hi, I'm taking an SSRI (Zoloft). Do you think there could be a dangerous interaction with Aniracetam? :)
