How to - boat navigation with Doug King | Club Marine

Safety expert Doug King explains some of the rules for operating on the water. They are called the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea. It includes:

- keeping a proper look out at all times and in all directions
- maintaining a safe and proper speed
- power driven vessels giving way to sail boats
- keeping to the right hand side and giving way to the right
- and several other important rules.
