My college sorority sister invited me to dine with her at Las Colinas - La Cima Club in Irving. La Cima is part of the members only ClubCorp Family. I ate sashimi fish, olive tapenade, iceberg wedge salad, pretzel crusted crab cake, shrimp ramen bowl, cowboy bone-in ribeye steak, whiskey cake and bourbon pecan cheesecake.

Hey Tee, I enjoy the food at La Cima as well. I love crab cakes. The iceberg salad and shrimp/pasta dish looked yummy. Please tell Ruby hello. So nice to see her!

Pungent and good don’t belong in the same sentence... lol ... I need that steak ...I have never seen a purple potato...remind me of green eggs and ham...lol...
