Week 4 of marathon training, a total of 19 miles for the week. 5 miles of negative splits on Wednesday, 3 easy miles on Friday, and 11 miles on Sunday! I ran 11 miles solo and it was a wild ride or physical and mental struggles but I finished! I reset myself at mile 3 by stopping at the bathroom and switching to a podcast instead of music, and that changed the entire run. I've never run to a podcast before but it check my mind busy and it felt like I was running with people, I listened to the podcast Call Her Daddy, episode "how to manage your stress and prevent burnout Ft.
