Hello when i press ctrlA and then ctrlV that didn´t do anything. Please help

So I got to the part of Cntrl + A then Cttrl + B and it brings up "New Function Breakpoint" asking for a Function Name w/2 boxes saying

What do I do here? I've done everything by the book up until 4:07
