CALORIE DEFICIT CALCULATOR

Ninja Creami
McGriddle Muffins
2 cups protein pancake mix (Kodiac brand or similar)
1 1/4 cup water
1 lb cooked pork sausage
1/4 cup maple syrup
*mix well, pour into greased muffin tin and bake at 400 F for 12 minutes (until cooked through)
High Protein Queso
2 cup 4% cottage cheese
1 tsp taco seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
salt to taste
*blend above ingredients until smooth
add 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or queso cheese
microwave 20 seconds and stir until smooth
Use to top chicken, tacos, or chips!
