I couldn’t do this press a couple years ago. My shoulder mobility was crap. But now that I’ve gotten smarter with my training, I tried it and man it felt good.

I love to pre-fatigue side delt with cable lateral raises prior to BNP, at least when I'm not in the mood to press above 50kg. Great pump 🔥

In late January I stared doing this exercise with super light weights and slowly added more, only to the point it was slightly uncomfortable. Now I can do this exercise to failure without any issue and with only 4 warm up sets

They're far more comfortable than any other pressing variation for me

Started doing these a couple of weeks ago, I already had the shoulder mobility from rock climbing and thought I should incorporate them into my routine since they look so cool. Still feel a little funky on my traps but I think is due to not having trained them much before. I like to combine them with behind the neck pullups for maximum coolness.
