Why Are So Many People Ditching iPhone for Android?

I am really starting to feel like an Apple fanboy lately and thats something that doesn’tsit well with me considering my roots in tech. I have been using the Pixel 9 Pro XL extensively over the oast month and here is what I have discovered.

I've had my 9 pro for over 2 weeks now and ive never had a day yet with a day that had less than 10-11 hrs screen on time. I thought the smaller phone would have less battery life than my S23 ultra and this phone just blows my mind for everything it does, especially battery life.

I think that Google is headed down the right path. Great design and software. More people switching for the opposite side (iOS to Android and vice versa) is a good sign of competition which benefits consumers

As an iPhone owner I picked up a pixel 8 thinking a I made a good choice changed my whole eco system but had nothing but problems, connection issues with phone calls receiving and making. Google pay being intermittent, nice phone but i gave up in the end and went back to apple

I own them both. iPhone 15 Pro & 9 Pro. I want to make the Pixel my main but that's a hard switch seeing that everyone around me is on Apple.

Samsung overtook Apple in smartphone (industrial) design quite a while ago and now Google has also put together a compelling package. Unfortunately for me, I’m too reliant on Apple’s services and iOS apps to make me switch full time to Android.

I've used both the pixel 9 pro and the pixel 9 pro fold and I'm absolutely in love with these devices. I have to say that I have converted from the iPhone 15 pro Max and the z-fold 6. Both of these devices are great devices, however they are just not the future like the nine pro and the nine pro fold. This is one of the best reviews I've seen on the 9 pro. So kudos to you!

I like both. My Iphone is a 15 Pro (I come from the 12 64GB), my tablet is a Samsung A9+ and my computer is a Lenovo Thinkpad T14.

For my usage, is more than enough.

I will never defend a brand or a OS just because I'm a fan, I just evaluate the usage I give it and that's it

I'm Samsung flagship all day. I haven't tried the pixel yet, but I know that I will never truly be in iPhone ecosystem. I have used an iPhone, iPad & watch but I prefer Samsung.

Switched from an iPhone to the Pixel 8 Pro. It's been better than any iOS experience I've had. Can't imagine the Pixel 9 Pro being better than my 8 Pro (which it apparently is).
