After trying so many other exercise videos, this guy, Will Harlow, is the absolute best!! (I am a 79 year old woman. ) The Friday tips are just the right amount. I use his book for one extra tip a day with my morning coffee. I sure wish I lived in England and could have him as a personal trainer!!!!

Hello Will... Thank you for these fantastic tips. I realized today, how I caused a mild compression fracture in my lower thoracic area, by lifting a heavy pot in my garden the incorrect way.

Thank you so much for showing a proper lifting technique. So many people tell us to never lift while bent forward, but you really only need to keep your spine neutral and your core tight. There are a lot of things that you may need to lift from the floor. You can't do that with a vertical spine, lol.
