I wake up between 3-4:30 every night for years. I also resonate with the heart “orgasm” but it scares me more than feels like a happy experience for me. I haven’t felt “bliss” in years, if ever. Basically I’ve been a dark night of the soul phase for 5 years since my trauma happened. I know source is trying to communicate with me and when I meditate and state my intention to be open to receive I hear buzzing in my ear. I want to leave this phase and continue on a positive path but I feel stuck. I know I am not my mind or ego. I know source is there for me but I don’t know how to move forward. This is happening to me! This is the first video I have watched. When I am in the state between awake and asleep I am often bawling uncontrollably when I wake. Sometimes it feels like my head is exploding in white light shooting up. So confusing and strange, and yet, yes... feels good! Never have I felt more confident. Especially when I speak my truth...

I was waking up at 333 for months on end! Unlike waking up slowly or gently, I remember my eyes would just instantly open, alert, and just staring into the dark. When I woke up I would be back in the deep feeling of grief that was my day to day experience, and only in sleep could I find reprieve. I cried a lot, I wrote poetry to try express what I was feeling, and then I tried to go back to sleep. Every night I would fall asleep with earphones on, listening to my mp playlist on shuffle, and I would wake up every time at 333 to Ed Sheerans "I see fire". I just didn't get it lol. I also met people in their etheric bodies in dream state before I met them in person, only I would only see my light body standing before their light body, and rather than seeing any features, I would feel their energetic signature. That's how we communicated "hi, nice to meet you" though I suspect we already "knew" each other very well.

I have had beautiful, pulsating, shifting colors (mostly blue fringed with green and yellow) for years. I didn't tell anyone for the longest time. I have always loved them and felt comforted by them. In time i found that i could "call" them to me. When i did start trying to explain to friends this experiencei found i was the only one who has it. I've googled about it over and over to no avail. Here in the last couple of months i've had balls of purple. And white spots that look like stars at warp speed. This is the first time ever i've heard someone say they have it too. I've been calling them my light beings. Due to lack of ability to find a higher power that i can connect with my "light beings" have become my proof that universal energy is my guidance, support, benefactor and is unending and total love for all and with all. I don't believe i've experienced full awakening yet. But because this is just a hint of what it will be like i'm working at opening myself to it. I do have what i call "pings" from the inside that i fell are bits of toxic energy being released. I've now been having full-on body jerks night and day. i've very physically tired and sore. It's feels like poison in my joints and muscles.. Extremely hot baths with epsom salts helps sweat that out. I have the last few days found myself clinching my jaw most of the time. My guess is i need to focus on my throat chakra. Thanks for helping me know I'm not the only one. Feed back is welcome. Love and light to all!

Pineal gland heaviness, I feel it. If I concentrate on it, it intensifies. With high concentration, my heart starts beating fast. I get intuitions working vividly too. So many changes has happened, I know some thing is happening for sure.

My spiritual awakening happened in jan 2019 when I woke up at 3.33 suddenly 3 nights in a row. I then saw a orange light in the sky and got an intense feeling through my body.

Good morning Jamie, I almost dropped my phone when you mentioned the purple light in the 3rd eye. I haven't heard anyone mention this recently. I have been experiencing this phenomenon a great deal this past week and was interested in what it was...thank you for your perspective. The universe works in mysterious ways. Each of your videos cross my path in a very unique manner and sequence. Whether the video is 7months old or 2 weeks old they all speak the truth that I need to hear during that point in my journey. It's been getting better. I reslized that I need to work on focusing on authenticity instesd of seeking to fun from myself, to accept myself whether It is sad, happy, suffering, etc. It's scary to to have to accept those feelings but the only reason I was searching for bliss was because I wanted to escape facing myself. 🙂
