What I Eat In A Day on Keto | 1600 Calories | Kohlrabi Potato Substitute

In this video I show you what I eat in a day when I have to save carbs for one meal. Convenient for when you eat out or you're wishing for meal with an ingredient slightly higher in carbs. I also experiment with using kohlrabi as a potato substitute, as I don't think clam chowder would be satisfying without some kind of faux-tato. First I will give you the recipe for the Keto New England Clam Chowder, then the nutritional information for each meal below.

New England Clam Chowder with Kohlrabi as Potato Substitute
Serves 4
Ingredients
100g Bacon, diced
50g 1/3 cup Carrots, diced
1/3 cup Celery, diced
1/3 cup Onion, diced
500ml 2 cups Chicken Broth
1 Bay Leaf
1/2 tsp Tobasco
180g Clams with Juice
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp Dried Thyme
1 tsp Pepper
300g Kohlrabi
1 cup Heavy Cream
Cilantro/Coriander
