Godot is a joke. This garbage isn't making any money. It's like 1990 came back and threw up this list of shovel ware. Dont waste 10 secs learning anything about this.

Game design is king, the engine only matters in terms of what its capabilities are. You can make an 8-bit simple pixelated game by yourself and if it's a fantastic game you have a chance at making good money off of it. Though luck will always play a factor in your game being discovered in saturated markets like Steam.

Thing is, you can literally make any type of game in Godot. I've recently switched over from 4 years of Unity, and it's almost the same, Godot even has some capabilities that Unity doesn't. Only thing is that, since Godot is much less popular, there are a lot less resources to learn. Hopefully that changes soon. Great video man!

Edit: I mean "Any type of game", graphical and performance limits are limited by not only your code, but also the engine. Still, as far as genres goes, anything (with obvious limitations) go.
