Knocking out the Kerch Bridge would be high on my list of things to do with this missile. Using this against tanks would be wasteful but against troop concentrations or high value assts like the Kerch Bridge would be a good use of them. I wonder if they have a sea skimming variant they might employ against Russian Warships in Crimea.

old tech. It is a 1994 French missile intended to blow runways up. The Brits renamed it. It's slow and food for the S300 or S400 systems. Waste of money.
