lower the weight, put one foot in front of the other and pull all the way, hold it a little then stop when your elbow is in a 90° angle

You're obviously throwing some ego in there. Not the best form. BUT! Maxing out the machine is worth a few cheat reps. But yea lighten up for proper use.
