Maxing out every machine at planet fitness. Of course this would be the same as maxing out the machine at any gym that has these brands of machine. Also three things: one, its important to follow the rules of the gym. Even tho planet fitness's rules tend to be a bit dramatic and contradictory.
Two, don't make fun of other peoples gym experiences. If they want to do some odd and unusual movement (granted they aren't actively disturbing anyone else) leave them alone. *For me, intervening when they might hurt themself is a grey area. Some people really want to do what they want to do and if they're an adult, you should probably just let them do it.
Three, don't do this and think you're actually working out lol. It's legit just ego lifting and being silly.
