How to make chocolate panna cotta - A simple and easy recipe to make!
Ingredients
Cream 150g
Sugar 18g
Milk 90ml
Dark couverture 75g
Cocoa powder 5g
Gelatin 4g (2 sheets)
Vanilla essence 1/2 tsp
Pinch of salt
Method:
1. In a saucepan boil cream, sugar and milk.
2. Once boiled, transfer it in a bowl and add chocolate. Mix until chocolate melts.
3. Add cocoa powder and mix so that no lumps are left
4. Lastly add soaked gelatin sheets, vanilla essence and salt. combine well.
5. Pour into silicone mould and refrigerate overnight.
6. Demould and garnish with gold flakes.
