Judge throws out attorney’s request to remove her from Delphi murders case

Judge Fran Gull has thrown out the filing made by former Richard Allen defense attorney Bradley Rozzi that argued that Gull should be removed from the Delphi murders case due to claims that the judge pressured the defense attorneys to withdraw themselves from the high profile case.

If judge Gall gets her way, does that mean the 136-paper memorandum for Frank's hearing filed by the original attorneys will end up in a waste basket? That would be a pity because a lot of work went into that document.

I feel like she blew this case, I do think she will be forced to step down, she is absolutely awful, her weird relationship with with that clown prosecutor is awkward at best, I get a weird slimy feeling when this judge asks Nick what should she do, then he says remove them both and she does immediately, then only apologizes to him after she flushed the defense out the way to get two patsies probably approved by Slick Nick, it’s the most disgusting case I ever seen. This judge and prosecutor are not playing the right way, and most know it. Allegedly speaking no doubt, I don’t know shit, could be absolutely stupid, but I am listening and watching corruption before my eyes, so whatever.

Everyone has an opinion of Allen's guilt or innocence. We will never truly know which until the judge, all attorneys, and law enforcement stop playing games. This is suppose to be about Abby and Libby!

To my understanding the judge wanted the attorney replaced over leaked information. She didn’t want the case jeopardized in the future if more info leaked. Idk if that’s true or not but I’d wanna see what her reasons are if they are valid. I also seen an attorney break everything down from Rozzi’s prospective and it also had sound reasons to why he shouldn’t be removed. However this comes down to facts that can be proven so i would want to see if Rossi did in fact leak info. If he did I can understand why the judge would want him removed. However if he didn’t leak info then I can see in favor of Rozzi.
