I am using X-32 Rack for my church and having problem with interfacing USB to computer. I could only get channels one and two coming through and the rest of the channels were not working. Firmware has been updated to 2.16, tried so many options, re- routing card but have no luck yet. please advise.

How can i talk to a human being... need help with my board. I accidentally reset my x32 producer and now i cannot hear anything coming out from my computer. Sounds does go in tho. I have no idea what has happened... NEED HELP PLEASE
