Wow, as a practitioner of Chinese medicine who studies this stuff and uses it in practical application, I can say this is a completely inaccurate interpretation. He's using Yin/Yang as a justification for his own ideas that isn't present in their classical meaning.

They are BOTH part of the ordering of the world with yang being the expansion/inhale of the cosmic breath and yin being the contraction/exhalation of the same. Chaos occurs when one of them becomes excessive and/or the two separate from each other.

He's taking existing symbols that already have a rich theory and meaning and substituting his own concepts to add legitimacy to his suspect pet theory.
