Soldering job looks excellent! But your tip is running way to hot which is why it's going blue. I'd recommend sticking to 360c unless you really need better performance for you job.
How do I know? I made the same mistake haha.

Очень мало флюса, надо больше! а вообще надо всю плату во флюсе держать так лучше паяется 😂.

Way too much solder on the center pad. It will ooze out and short out one of the leads around the perimeter.

Was this clearish paste some type of flux? Was that paste heated with a heat gun? How was the solder between the pins and PCB removed to get that chip off?
