Excellent video you three. Very nice to learn about the food. The question on mushrooms, some people eat mushrooms, mushrooms are on some pizza, steaks and salads as an example but many do not eat them. Russia has the vendors that sell food from their cart or bike at stations, in Mexico and south you will find people selling food they made in their home. In most of the USA and Canada the government will have more regulations on the food served and may require the food be prepared in a dedicated kitchen so you will not find the homemade Babushka food. State, territory, county, province and city laws will vary but often you need at the least a license to sell food items. Stay safe and healthy.

IMHO, блин is more similar to a crepe than a pancake despite its popular translation as a pancake. Оладья is the one that is similar to a pancake.

Шаурма is of a Levantine origin.

Nice coverage of Russian Foods and Drinks. I am willing to taste a Hematogen Bar. Since I have eaten Black Pudding which is a sausage form of Hematogen and it is not sweet.

Fantastic, thank you.

To the editor: Please sort out your audio volume levels; they are all over the place. The majority of the video is FAR too quiet, but then SUDDENLY IT JUMPS TO LOUD!

Fantastic videos but you need to sort this. Thanks and GOD bless you 😍😃

Russian food compared to many other countries is bland and boring. No flavour or culinary expertise. The quality of the ingredients is not impressive either. On a world scale Russian food doesn't rate high...
