Woman killed after 13-year-old crashes stolen car in California

One woman is dead and 10 others are injured after a stolen car involved in a police chase crashed into two other vehicles in Woodland, California. Police said the person behind the wheel of the stolen car was a 13-year-old boy. KCRA's Lee Anne Denyer reports.

Children need to be taught at a very young age (ages 1-5) and thereafter to respect others property. If it's not yours, don't touch. Let alone steal. (Our parents used to tell us, if it's not your yard, then stay out of it. Unless you are invited by them. A 13 year old knows it's wrong, so punishment to the fullest with accountability should happen.

There has to be a way to stop the deadly pursuits and still catch the suspects. The 13 year old needs to get very harsh punishment. Kids nowadays have little regard for laws and life. This is so sad. RIP.

This is happening way too often and in everywhere. Please enforce the streets, set up more traffics lights. Giver harsher punishments. No one should be doing only 85% of 7 years for running over a baby. Its not just DUI. Its road rage, speeders, distracted drivers, tailgaters. No one stops at a red right turn light anymore. I can’t even step out to walk my dog without being almost ran over.

Now many state wants to increase the speed limit.
