I remember my neighbors 8yr old grandson drove his grandmother's car up the street turned it around and drove back, parked better than most adults. His head barely could be seen. How he reached the gas and brake pedals is a mystery.

parents need to be accountable for their kids action but also courts need to be stronger on penalties with kids with serious issues like this one. And it shouldn't matter if the kid is a minor a slap on the wrist now a days isn't the answer.
