Thank you for another excellent video 😊
Some extremely valid points. I have a different perspective about a few things (and, yes, I know that I might have not 100% understood what you mean).

Re Tempering my idealism… 😄 I am INTENSE 🌋🔥If I get to that boiling point, everybody can be sure that I will have analysed the situation and my more or less subtle attempts at keeping the peace have failed miserably. That boiling point is when I tip into INTJ and present the case with evidence. I am not right all the time, just most of the time.

Re Respect. This is a big one for me. The amount of rubbish I’ve got from others is, simply put, STAGGERING. But guess what? When I reach the tipping point and put the evidence together of what they could/should have done but they haven’t, they take offence and call me disrespectful. Usually, they have more power than I, so I get the flack.
I do not like being disrespected and I do not like having my intelligence insulted by anyone trying to manipulate me. And I do not like being bullied into silence in the name of ‘conflict resolution’. If it’s a ‘No’ or a ‘Yes’ from me, I can (and do) support it with concrete information. Alas, most people are unable to think clearly and they do not care. There cannot be any conflict resolution or co- operation if they are wrong with disastrous consequences, but have the power. I don’t like people being ‘clever’ twisting rules and getting away with laziness, incompetence, and sheer callousness just because they can.
I don’t negotiate- and I will never negotiate- with them because their ways are ineffective and disrespectful. Frankly, I do not care what their personality type is- we are all, here, to play our particular role in society. I do my job, you do yours. The amount of time I waste desperately trying to ‘co-operate’ is STAGGERING. Staggering.
I will likely end-up living in a mud hut on a mountain, or something 😄
