Gould's Book of Fish is one of my all time favourite books. I'm glad to see someone who has even heard of it on booktube, let alone someone who has read it. Looking forward to your further thoughts on it.

I really enjoyed Sorrow and Bliss but found it started out really slow. Absolutely picked up though! I also gave it 4 stars!
I must try Richard Flanagan!

I'm currently reading The Fatal Shore, the first really all encompassing book on the founding of the colony of Australia, including fascinating facts on the "transports" of convicts, who they were etc....so the Gould book is a perfect compliment...going on the TBR.
