Thanks, very good video that made it easy to see what your fingers were doing. I'll be using it to tie in my peep sight on my new Diamond SB-1 bow. After I get the peep tied in, I'll continue wrapping serving as I move away from the peep. I'm new to archery and your video really helped me understand the constrictor knot, the clove hitch, too. You can sometimes get the constrictor knot untied but it is not easy.

I have stopped using the clove hitch and now use the constrictor knot. Just as easy to tie and much more secure.

My all-time favorite knot! It is possible to undo a constrictor knot if it is binding hard materials.It's just not meant to be easy...
