What I don't understand is why people don't understand is that that's the way he likes them, to each his own, if their too hot for him and he wants to eat Jalapenos take the seeds out, simple right? I like to bbq mine when ever I make hamburgers or steaks as well as the yellow chilis that are usually near the jalapenos at the store and are about the same size. I really like there bbq tasty taste and it seems (not always) that they have a milder taste.

I make a pouch out of aluminum foil and drizzle them babies with olive oil and roast them whole.
