I honestly have no idea how this is for beginners. I think of myself as very capable at math and I consider myself quite bright, but I cannot even get through the fundamentals chapter. The questions seem so hard, I have read through the content probably 5 times now, and I understand the content, but the questions seem out of this world. Am I missing something?

How would you compare this and the other Discrete Mathematics books you mentioned to Ronald Graham, Donald Knuth, and Oren Patashnik's "Concrete Mathematics: A Foundation for Computer Science"?

I took a class on discrete mathematics and I'm looking to dive deeper into it. Would you have a recommendation of the best book in that case?
