I think they may not have accepted the idea because it is a series minifig and Lego usually doesn’t do sets for just series figures

No idea if you'll even see this comment, but my 8 year old boy was devastated your mech factory didn't make it - he's been saving his allowance all year in anticipation for this mech factory set to come out. Love your channel and all your builds! Keep up the good work!

Lego Ideas has Almost always disappointed. Every time it looks like we’ll get a Ratatouille or Polar Express set, we get a buildable typewriter or a Van Gogh painting.

I think they didn't accept this set as it used some illegal building techniques and it was a bit to detailed for a lego set.
