This LEGO Ideas project could be the most beautiful modular design yet.
It’s no secret that many LEGO fans want more variety for their modular cities, and The Botanical Garden by Goannas provides just that: a gorgeous vintage atrium filled with all manner of flowering fairweather flora.
This project just hit 10,000 supporters on the LEGO Ideas website, meaning that it’ll be considered for production as an official LEGO set; a potential gift to modular building collectors everywhere.
Given that the LEGO Group has been expanding the Botanical Collection with more life-sized recreations of flowers and plants, there’s clearly a market for sets based on greenery, so combining pretty flowers with the also popular modular range could well prove appealing to a wide cross-section of adult LEGO fans.
It’ll be some months before we find out whether The Botanical Garden is approved by the official LEGO designers, but this is certainly a project to keep an eye on.
