"We did not make any promises - we were campaigning..." what a beautiful summary of the UK politicians

Decisions of this magnitude should never be done with a simple majority, the nature of which is that it can change the very next day.

Summa sumarum: Total Westminster failure. National psychosis. You need to leave now, heal for a very long time and finally get a proper constitution. I propose proportional vote. Why? First-to-pole-vote is an anacronism. UK/US is not doing well. It’s actually a disaster.

When the house voted against a no deal Brexit, May should have made them vote again, just like they want us to do. Leave, or democracy is dead, not that Remainers care about democracy, that’s clear.

The Brexit con is trotting on. It is not the EU that is going south, but the United Kingdom, which is itself a union. People in Northern Ireland and Scotland voted remain and are pissed of the state of affairs. I think Northern Ireland and Ireland will reunify to solve the border issue once and for all. Scotland may leave to if Brexit turns out be detrimental.

Leaving the unaccountable, unelected EU who also wants an army... the sooner the better

During the Scottish referendum, we informed -threatened rather- the Scottish: "If you leave the UK, we will block your application to be member of the EU." The Scottish people took perceptive analysis of the situation, then reached pragmatic solution. Consequently, they realised there were opportunity cost and decided to stay in the UK. Now, ENGLAND want to leave the EU. Surely, BREXIT should have automatically triggered 2nd referendum for Scotland? If I was Scottish, I'd be fuming! BREXIT is a like patient willingly volunteering for a newly discovered medicine. But they forgot to read the T's & C's before signing up.

The side effect? LETHAL!

If Farage was on the Titanic he would have said "Step on it, that Iceberg is gong to sink!"

I, being an anglophile from Germany, start thinking that Brexit will have a very positive result: British politicians will no longer meddle in the European legisilation. Seing how they act, I find that will be a great relief to us.

De Gaulle vetoed them twice. Never forget that. They were in the club to destroy it...not help build it.

Nigel Farage is talking to the European people? Keep on talking Nigel. What an arrogance.

3:09 Daniel Hannan. That is about the most repulsive retoric I have ever seen in my live. That man should be ashamed of himself to the bones. LIAR, LIAR

The old forcing their ignorance on the young and the educated, that is the story of Brexit, an epic event that is probably the most embarrassing in British history since the campaign of Saratoga.

IDS is incredibly arrogant on this occasion. And of course getting stuff wrong or lying. Unbelievable. Very impressed by Tim Sebastian.

The Brexit controversy is settled. Theresa May’s
Brexit speech in Belfast Northern Ireland on 5.Feb.2019
was not openly clear, but leaves no doubt. It is clearly
indicated by her wording. Brexit will happen, no new
Irish boarder. The price the UK is willing to
pay, is Northern Ireland.
