Water Running Uphill

there is a place in Cherokee North Carlina called Ghost Town in the Sky where you can witness extreme examples of this phenomena. I'm not sure if Ghost Town is still open to the public but it's one really cool place.
They use to have an attraction where a dude would hold a piece of gutter and pour a picture of water in it at an extreme incline and it would run uphill really fast. it was amazing to see.
