We are fortunate to have an Ikea store in Adelaide Sth Aust, within 60 kms of where we live. I used to fear I would get lost forever in Ikea but the layout has been simplified with short cuts thank goodness. I love the kitchen designs, everything is brilliantly planned to take up every available space. It is a beautiful and stylish way to choose absolutely everything you all there!

I love the lamps. The white boxes look nice and I like that shelf. Close to the ceiling so it takes up little space.

I have wooden hangers also but love that yours have the notch in them. Ikea thinks if every detail. Little things matter. I have always had to use plastic for tank tops and strappy type shirts because of the notch.
Think the baskets being so flexible would make them perfect for packing any odd space. Even a trunk of a car. Would make a cute tote for beach towels and such. Beach bags tend to tip over but that has a nice base. Wouldn't have really noticed them before. Thanks for highlighting them.

Love Ikea. I have so many items from there. Ahhhh yes I have a large pile of those kitchen towels too. We are lucky that there is an Ikea about 30 minutes from us.

I love Ikea for getting new ideas and for so many items. I have recently begun using the scalloped glass plates for plant saucers. Unlike terra cotta and unglazed ceramic, the glass plates do not absorb moisture and serve to protect my wood furniture. Thanks for always making me smile and inspiring me to continue to purge items from our home that I don't really need or love.

I love that big basket too! I have my summer hats and bicycle helmets in it for now. When summer comes back, I switch out those items and replace them with winter hats, mittens and scarves. It fits very nicely out of the way in my small storage area and it's very pleasing to look at. I love that it holds my seasonal items all in one place.
