First of all, don’t panic.
Most babies with torticollis get better through position changes and stretching exercises. Sometimes It might take up to 6 months for torticollis to go away completely, and in some extreme cases it can take up to a year or even longer.

When your baby is diagnosed with torticollis, this means that one muscle in your baby's neck is on one side shortened then the one on the other side.

Your baby's head might tilt in one direction.
Your baby might have trouble moving his head towards you.
You are having difficulties feeding from both breasts.
Your baby might have a flat skull in one area.
Your baby might have trouble turning his head side to side or up and down.
