That's crazy. I've been lifting 4 years with bench pressing 2 or 3 times a week in that 4 years and never so much as slightly hurt my chest or shoulder 💀

safer and better hypertrophy so never went back after 225 when there's no point besides flexing strength but who cares when natural + aesthetic so can't be strongest anyway lol

I hate the regular and steroid-headed bodybuilder. They always fear-monger in the gym whenever they see someone lifting without a belt or a free weight exercise that tests your stability. Dude, my joints and muscles are healthy enough to do the hard work and I personally prefer those exercises GTFOH!😂
