The Launchpad95 is a collection of Ableton Live 9 MIDI Remote Scripts that basically emulate the functionality of the Ableton Push on a Novation Launchpad. Read our interview with L95 creator Henri David here:

I Use the Launchpad and the APC40 on my setup. This is definitely a nice addition to my live set,  especially the StepSequencer.

It's a blended sample!
I made it through resampling by layering a kick from the Maschine library and a sample of the birch bass drum on my Mapex kit :D

I've held off on it so far man. Launchpad95 does almost all the things I wanted with Push... I just wish there were expression options like pitch bend or velocity sensitivity like on Push :(

I've done everything to choosing Launchpad95 in midi preferences and Launchpad input & output. I created an empty clip on a drumrack channel and hit USER2 twice. But the launchpad isn't lighting up as a step sequencer!!! Why?! :(

Awesome mapping really looking forward to start using it! Im having some issues with the final step "8. Ensure that Input and Output are set to Network (Session 1)" is it necessary to download rtpMIDI to use this mapping?

Do the scales show up in a horiztonal row with the root/octave note a different color? Like the Launchpad Pro's Scale mode? Thanks!

is there a sheet or something that lists/explains what all the buttons trigger in "Scale edition"? If I wanted to go from default to a D minor Phryagian, I would be a bit lost and not know if I was actually playing the right scale. Thanks for creating this.

Launchpad 95 is one of those things that is way too obscure for how fucking amazing it is. As far as actually using the launchpad for live music making goes, it's an improvement in almost every fashion, though if one intends on doing the more popular launchpad covers it's not as usable.
