What material are those rods you use ? Also, you mentioned the diameter of the vent port, but not of the fill port and it’s tip. I am not in the USA and am looking for a suitable material to make these vents, I tried weedwacker plastic but the CA glue doesn’t stick it.

I'm completely new to this, so I've got a question: How does the item de-mold perfectly, without having vented material stuck to it? The plastic that flows up the vents is still part of the cast copy, isn't it?

Hi I usually make my vents in stainless steel that fit into drinking straws so they are not too heavy, had a problem with my last mold and the vent moved out of position. I have filled in the hole in the mold left by the vent using the mold rubber (mold star 15). I now need to put a hole through the mold to replace the out of position filled in vent, what is the best way to do it

is there any drawback from putting too many vents? I want to be very sure there's no trapped air but am worried too man vents will affect the pour
