Arduino High Performance FOC BLDC Driver - SimpleFOClibrary

This is a short video showcasing the SimpleFOClibrary support of the Arudino and STM32 devices as well as High performance DRV8302 BLDC drivers.

This project aims to:
- Demystify FOC algorithm and make a robust but simple Arduino library: Arduino SimpleFOClibrary
- Develop a modular BLDC driver board: Arduino SimpleFOCShield.

As I can see those days when the first FOC hardware drivers appeared, many YTs began that hype, naming FOC a positioning system. "Field" in FOC means a motor magnetic field. Got this? FOC was designed to manage torque (that reduces a noise and increases an efficiency). I think there was one popular YTer, how started that trend (with improper usage of the term FOC), and then the others copy pasted.

Can you make this as a drop-in replacement for stepper motor with servo motor and this controller for cnc machines. Right now the cheapest option is ODrive. Thank you for your work.

I have a biesse 342 machine that have brushless dc servos with broken servodrives. Do you think I can replace that old servodrives with newer electronics. Servos are gec alsthom 290v brushless dc. Any recommendations?

I have followed your example so far, but I am having trouble getting it to respond to the serial monitor. Are there precoded commands that I enter into the serial monitor to make it move, or am I missing something here?
