I appreciate your video! My husband and I are just getting started on our real estate journey. My very first strategy I'm going to use is house hacking. My husband and I bought our house in June of 2019. Above the detached garage is a 2 bedroom apartment. It has 1 bath, kitchen and living space. I've mostly only considered it space for us to use but since we want to get started on our real estate adventures asap then that is where we start. Thank you, Lili, for your tips!
