If I own a .34 acres lot Zoned RM-3 can I get lending with zero down to build a 6 unit rental property? It will probably cost 800-900k but monthly income would be $12, 000 which is double the mortgage

Wholesaling is real estate investing. It’s one tool in the investor’s tool belt. If I’m a buy and hold investor, and someone offers me a great price on a fixer-upper, am I gonna say, “No thanks, I only want ‘em in great condition?” Hell no! I’m gonna put it under contract, call my buddy who’s a flipper, and take the fast assignment fee. (I’ll probably also tell him I want first look, when he goes to sell it in a month or two.)
