Happy Valentine's Day. A lovely meal from the St Lawrence Market and my favorutive butcher, Di Liso's Fine Meats. Tenderloin (Fillet) with Fingerling Potatoes, Heirloom Carrots and Chanterelle Mushrooms from Ponesse Foods. We paired this delicious meal with a 2001 Graceland Merlot, Stellenbosch, South Africa.
