Had a first date with this amazing Woman...I went all out with a souse vide Wagyu Filet on a Saffron Risotto cooked to perfection.
She finally arrives, im serving and theres that look....turns out she is vegetarian and hates garlic and onions 😰....

You could also cook the parsnips in cream for a really nice flavor, and when you strain it you also have a parsnip cream you could use for other dishes

Holy shit Max that roasted chicken is f*cking amazing. I didn't fix it for a date BECAUSE I GET NO WOMEN LOL, but I fixed it for a competition in my culinary class. (I wasn't actually apart of the competition because I just finished and will be leaving next week) but the testers and my classmates loved it, they were so happy I was not actually in the competition.
