Teeter Hang Ups Review - Best Inversion Table For Hanging Upside Down?

Hey it's Jeroen and this is my Teeter Hang Up review. I sustained a very minor injury to my back about a year ago when I was taking out the trash (it was heavily laden with wood and books and I have to go up several stone steps). So thanks to my old neighbor's trash from moving, I tweaked my back to where my spine twisted a bit to my left hand side.
Anyways, the pain sort of went away and I didn't think anything of it for a whole year. Then recently in the gym, I tweaked it again doing deadlifts followed by squats (yeah I know....). I had an x-ray taken and it showed my spine curved a bit to the left because my right hip bone had been pushed up.
I figured I'd try this inversion table and see if I could straighten it out and have everything back to normal after a few weeks or so of hanging upside down once a day.
After two weeks so far, I feel a LOT better already. I can bend over in the mornings to put my socks on without cringing in pain from being stiff and misaligned. Again, the pain before was never excruciating but it was annoying. Now I feel almost nothing.
I'm back in the gym but I'm still being very careful. I'm not doing squats or deadlifts just yet, but I feel I'll be able to get back to it really soon without a problem. Hey, if anything happens again, I'll already have the Teeter Hang Ups inversion table... right? HAHA.
On a more serious note, I think I will definitely continue to just hang upside down at least a few times a week after my back is normal once again. Making this a permanent routine will help keep my back flexible and my discs in good health. This will help prevent future injuries, and it just feels damn good to do it anyways.
Thanks for watching my review and I hope the Teeter Hangup will help you out as well!
